Common questions
How long does a brand identity project take?
A focused brand identity project — logo, colour, type, and guidelines — typically takes 4–6 weeks. If it is rolling into a web design project, we sequence it so brand work is complete before digital design begins.
What if I only need a logo refresh?
We handle both full rebrands and refreshes. A logo refinement can take 2–3 weeks and cost considerably less. We will tell you honestly in the briefing call whether a refresh is the right call or whether deeper work is needed to achieve your goals.
Do you provide the source files?
Yes, always. You receive all source files in every format — AI/EPS for print production, SVG for digital, PNG for everyday use — plus the brand guidelines PDF. The files are yours forever.
